NON-RETAIL Manga-hut.com webshop is not a retail shop. All items sold in this shop have been bought retail or second hand. Because of this, there is no VAT.

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE Prices listed are periodically adjusted to match current market values. A price you see on one day may be changed to a lower or higher price on another day depending on fluctuating market prices.

SHIPPING Shipping charges are added at check-out at a rate according to which country you live in. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 days after receipt of payment. Items are shipped from the Netherlands via PostNL (https://www.postnl.nl/en/) Items are shipped via registered mail with a tracking number that can be followed on PostNL`s Track&Trace webpage. NOTE: It is possible that tracking information will not show up in Track&Trace once your package reaches your local mail carrier outside of the Netherlands. Some mail carrier`s information does not link back to PostNL`s online tracking service. Your package should arrive safe and sound regardless.

Manga-hut.com is not responsible for loss or damage during or after transport by PostNL or your local mail carrier.

METHODS OF PAYMENT Manga-hut.com accepts PayPal as the preferred method of payment. With a credit card, it is also possible to pay using PayPal as a guest. This may or may not be available in your region. Check with PayPal if you are not sure.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS Returns or refunds will be granted only under the following conditions:

(1) If the wrong item(s) has been sent.

(2) In order to recieve a full refund, item(s) must be returned undamaged, within seven days of receipt

(3) Mang-hut.com is not responsible for damages that occur during shipping.

(4) Manga-hut.com will only pay return shipping cost if the wrong item(s) was shipped.
